I like that Spendflo has experience and can secure third parties. During the Google renewal, they secured a third party that at least managed not to increase the projected costs by Google. Additionally, the experience with executives like Avikail was good, and we achieved good initial negotiations with Google, and Suja was very good and professional. It depends a lot on the account executive you get, the consistency varies and I haven't always found the same level of service.
