Spendflo's platform consolidates vendor management, contract lifecycle, purchase order management, and accounts payable into a single system of record. Flo runs as the orchestration layer on top of this platform, with full context across every vendor relationship, contract obligation, budget, and approval rule the business has configured. That shared context is what allows Flo to act autonomously rather than simply automate tasks. Flo takes a purchase request and runs it through to payment: routing approvals, enforcing procurement policy, reviewing contracts against legal playbooks, tracking renewal timelines, matching invoices against POs and contracts, and closing out directly in the ERP. Exceptions are escalated with full context attached. Risk surfaces before it requires intervention.
