What do you like best about Spendbase?

What problems is Spendbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

The marketing team has the most enormous tech stack in the company. It's dozens of tools just for several people. On an everyday basis, we use Notion, Slack, ClickUp, MailChimp, Ahrefs, and so on. But besides, we always try something new for creative tasks like content creation. It's impossible to control every free trial and every paid subscription to software. We were struggling to keep up with our ever-growing software needs. So we were glad to find Spendbase and delegate them all vendor negotiations. By the way, as an alternative you can simply select pre-packaged deals from their discount marketplace.

Prior to using the Spendbase platform, we had difficulties managing renewals, subscriptions on SaaS, and licenses. We frequently missed payments for the software we used, which caused a lot of issues. However, since implementing Spendbase, all of these problems have been resolved as we can now collect all of the relevant information in one place.
