It is becoming a great new central knowledge repository for our company, which has historically not been something we have had. **What do you dislike about Spekit?** Sometimes the logic isn't quite smart enough to find what I need. I sometimes find the popups in my different entities and within the spekit platform make it harder to navigate and get in the way. **What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spekit integrates with multiple other platforms that are required for my day-to-day, such as Salesforce, Gmail, and Gong. This helps me be able to pull up the Sidekick whenever I need and grab whatever information I need immediately. This saves a lot of time I would otherwise spend searching through different platforms like Slack, Google Drive, or my emails. ### 2. Sometimes it cannot find an answer. **What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?** So much easier to use than Guru was as you would get multiple emails and cards and it was a hassle to keep. ### 4. Once you find the Spekit you are looking for, it is pretty easy to follow. **What do you dislike about Spekit?** I rarely can find the Spekit that addresses my needs. It has a hard time identifying key words and connecting it to the appropriate Spekit. For example, I needed to register someone in SalesForce that was already a contact and needed a Care Services record. Spekit was not able to identify my needs and I spent more time searching for the answer than just reaching out to my team. My team was able to help, Spekit was not. **What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping information in one place. ### 5. Also, what I love the most about Spekit is how accomodating their team is! Truly knowledgeable, provides visual manual for clearer understanding and I love how open they are in feedback and suggestions. **What do you dislike about Spekit?** Lots of features has improved a lot. And if I can suggest additional feature, it is if a user can leave comments on topics for the purpose of real time feedback or if updates needs to be done right away. Also, it would be more helful for the whole team if the search results can be filtered by Most Used/Viewed - to Least so desired topic can be easily selected. **What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps the whole team to effectively accomplish our goals.
