What do you like best about Speedy Labs?

Speedy Labs’ greatest strength has been the flexibility of both the platform and the team behind it. Rebate management often involves complex business rules, data structures, integrations, and exceptions, and their team has taken the time to understand our requirements instead of trying to force everything into a rigid, standard process.

The user experience has also continued to improve through an iterative design and feedback cycle. Reviewing prototypes and working functionality has enabled business users to provide input early, which has helped shape workflows that feel more intuitive for the people who use them day to day.

Another benefit is that the implementation process itself has helped us spot opportunities to standardize our processes and reduce reliance on manual, tribal knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Speedy Labs?

Our primary challenge has been the complexity of our own requirements rather than a limitation unique to Speedy Labs. As a cooperative, our rebate processes differ significantly from a more traditional rebate management model, and our implementation includes substantial tailored functionality as a result. What problems is Speedy Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speedy Labs is helping us modernize a complex rebate management process that previously involved significant manual effort and reliance on legacy tools.

The platform is providing a more structured and accessible way to manage rebate activity, improve visibility, support reconciliation, and integrate information across our broader technology environment. Over time, we expect this to reduce manual work, improve consistency and auditability, and make the process easier to scale.

The Speedy Labs team has been responsive and engaged throughout onboarding and implementation. Their willingness to listen, adapt, and work through complex requirements has been one of the most valuable parts of the partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s efficient and highly customizable, which helps it meet our business needs. Their use of workflows has been instrumental in reducing manual work. Speedy Labs also continues to add improvements to the platform to create a better user experience. They regularly ask what’s needed and then introduce those much-needed enhancements. What problems is Speedy Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speedy Labs has helped us gain much better visibility into our processes and uncover gaps we were previously missing. Many of our workflows used to rely on manual reviews and looking at data in separate pieces; now we can set clear parameters and have Speedy Labs run everything automatically as part of the workflow.
