I have multiple software around the word and when I need an implementation in Europe I use SpeedeHost, is Cheap, easy to use, the customer support is always available and has a fast response. Literally I use this each day because I have clients of my software in Europe, the most basic linux machine is cheap for the number of cores and the RAM memory.
