What do you like best about Speechmatics?

Straight to the point, simple interface, has word highlighting feature when replaying the transcription, no over-promoted features, generous pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Speechmatics?

The transcription job is deleted after 7 days, making it necessary to save the transcribed audio and look for another program that can show the word highlighting when playing the audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Speechmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am an international student in a country where the language is not English. I use speechmatics to help me transcribe the lecture recording so that i can re-listen to the lecture with following the word-highlighting, translating the transcription, etc. Also, I'm thinking about building my own language learning apps using the speechmatics service. Speechmatics not only delivers on their promise to be ome of the highest quality speech to text services - they also work closely with their customers in order to make sure they fully utilise all functionality important for success. In addition to this Speechmatics is transparent about internal roadmaps and seem to push feature requests through when the potential is there for the customer to succeed. "Best bilingual model in the market"

What do you like best about Speechmatics?

Speechmatic have create a model that is very accurate for small language area (such as Danish), which alone has a high value for us at Zylinc. But the real benefit is the bilingual nature of their model, which helps in scandinavia where english words are adopted quickly and meshed into the native language. Thanks to speechmatics software, we can actually adopt AI as the foundation is now solid enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speechmatics in Clinical Psychology Research on Speech in Depression"

What do you like best about Speechmatics?

I like that Speechmatics strive to maximise the accuracy of their ASR across multiple languages, which was highly important for my research on language markets of depression across English, Dutch, and Spanish. I think that Speechmatics play an important role in reducing bias and are actively addressing the disproportionate focus in NLP on English Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
