Spediflow is a B2B software platform for transport and logistics companies that automates driver per diem and expense calculations. It combines telematics, employee and absence data to automatically process clear cases while directing data gaps and special cases to staff for targeted review. Fleetboard is integrated directly via API. Employee and absence data can be imported via CSV, Excel and TXT, with duplicate detection and controlled handling of unknown drivers. Spediflow supports individual driver rules, working times, driver-card data, routing, home-trip calculations and German and international per diem rates. Calculations and changes remain traceable. At month-end, data can be reviewed and permanently frozen. PDF and CSV outputs support payroll and accounting. Role-based permissions are configurable per user. Spediflow is available as SaaS in Germany or as a Docker deployment on customer infrastructure.
