The service covers 24/7 network monitoring and uptime management, next-generation firewall configuration and management, switch and Wi-Fi access point management, endpoint detection and response (EDR), next-generation antivirus, Microsoft 365 administration, security patching, automatic configuration backups, and server monitoring. Issues are identified and addressed proactively rather than waiting for something to break. SpectrumVoIP works with existing network infrastructure or helps businesses select and deploy the right equipment from the ground up. Compatible platforms include Fortinet and other leading network security vendors. Hardware procurement, installation, configuration, and ongoing management are all handled by SpectrumVoIP's team. Service plans are available as per-device pricing for targeted coverage or as bundled plans covering users and endpoints together, and network and server management together. A co-managed option is also available for businesses with existing internal IT staff who need additional tooling, monitoring, or expertise without fully outsourcing IT operations. Managed IT Services can be bundled with SpectrumVoIP's business phone system and internet service, giving businesses a single vendor for communications, connectivity, and IT security management.
