Spectrm allows me to extend my paid social advertising strategy to messenger platforms with ease. They provide a scalable solution where multiple conversations can be built and scaled to multiple markets/platforms. The Spectrm team is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always eager to test new things and quickly responsive in case there is an issue. The customer success team always thinks along with me and tries to help out with every step. The analytics tool can be more user-friendly as of now it takes too many "clicks" to get information. There is also no overall reporting for conversations and you need to do it per conversation, which sometimes does not give the needed "helicopter" view on the performance.
