Specset is AI document control for capital construction, from the first design set to final work order. It conforms the project record on upload. Special provisions are merged into the sections they amend, and addenda and RFI answers are applied paragraph by paragraph in precedence order. Specset's agents then do the review work: design quality review across specs and sheets at each milestone, bid screening with a 93-point contract review, submittal review against the governing spec section and the drawings, RFI tracking with answers checked against the current set, plan comparison, and closeout and O&M handoff. A second agent tries to disprove every finding, and a finding with no citation to the governing paragraph or sheet is rejected. Reviewers confirm or dismiss what remains, so your engineers make the call. Caltrans, WSDOT, FDOT, UFGS and BNSF spec books are in production, alongside MasterFormat. Specset syncs with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, or can serve as the project record. SOC 2 Type II. Customer data is never used to train models.
