Before SpecRight we had a great deal of manual processes and paper filing. With SpecRight our company has become more digitized and productivity has increase.

To begin with, the system interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I have said to my IT colleagues, why do you keep giving us systems to use (think ERP...) that were designed for humans to hate and not want to use! Those big name ERPs were designed by humans but not for humans! Specright is right away, different. You can see the user friendly and intuitive layout from the start. Intended for human use should be on their marketing pages! Secondly, it was built to be secure. The system only works when data security is maintained and with high confidence. The system passed every test my IT team challenged it with and they were initially skeptical of cloud-based systems that are not housed on our own servers. All security protocols were met and exceeded.

So it is usable and secure, but is it valuable? Can it be a tool of efficiency and effectiveness? The answer is a resounding yes! I have deployed two instances of Specright to date and both have exceeded our expectations on value to the process and the business. The system has more capability than we are using but our strategy is to grow into the system with more data, more processes, more system integrations and connections. Our pilot deployment improved cycle time of our first process by >60%. The implementation team set a goal of 50% with reservation that they could achieve that target and they blew right by it within the first few months.

My summary is this, that the team was initially skeptical and resistant of this "new tool" and system, however, now they are the strongest supporter Specright. They want to accelerate the usage of additional data and process integrations. The users themselves and their happiness and delight with Specright, are the greatest measurement of success. Specright has a lot of functionality and capabilities. You need to be prepared for the learning curve. To Specright's credit, they have access to chat help, video help, email help and tutorials.
