SpecNook is construction project management software that centralizes selection tracking, contract management, and client communication for residential construction projects. The software organizes materials, finishes, and fixtures into a branded portal where clients can browse and make selections without creating accounts. Contracts are generated from templates with electronic signatures and real-time tracking. Change orders detail costs and schedule impacts for client approval. The client portal provides project visibility, document approvals, and selection tools. Real-time notifications keep contractors updated on client actions, and an audit trail logs activities for accountability. Features include dashboards, punch lists, daily logs, document management, photo management, QuickBooks integration, and subcontractor management.
