What do you like best about Spearline?

Anyone dealing with phone lines knows keeping track of stability and availability can be a hassle for even a single country.

Running sales and support operations across all time zones, we used to have to rely on user feedback to track down and fix problems.

Spearline's tool gets me qualified reproduceble and, most importantly, proactive feedback.

To make an example by the time I come into the office, I'll already know the lines opening at 8 had a problem since start of testing 5 am. Leaving me more than enough time to resolve the issue or build a workaround. Before Spearline feedback about something not working would have started trickling in around an hour after the line openend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spearline?

Spearline is a great testing tool, but it's not perfect.

It can't fix the underlying problem, only identify it for you. You get as much out of it as you can extract from the feedback it gives you, so in the end you as the user are still the one carrying all the weight. Not necessarily negative critique or a bad thing, but you'll need a bit of time to get used to the new process, have to integrate the alerts on your end and make sure everyone in your admin team knows how to interpret the feedback Spearline can give you. What do you like best about Spearline?

The support from the company is just amazing, even if the system is pretty easy to use but we do occasionally do some configuration mistakes with new numbers. They are always fast and help us fix it even before we notice it our selfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though they are located in many countries some more would be nice. But for our companys need it has been enough for now. And they are expanding so this is really a tiny dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only is the testing platform reliable and accurate, the support team is fantastic! When I'm unsure if the test results are a carrier issue or a Spearline blip, I'll reach out for assistance. Support team answers back in quick fashion (usually to say all is well on the platform) so I can proceed with carrier troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spearline?

Would like ALL countries on the dialable list. :) Always sad when we have to ask a carrier to test numbers that Spearline doesn't currently offer. That's it. All the rest is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This has helped us to reduce our P1 incidents to zero. The ability to automatically call IVR numbers and create incidents automatically when there is an issue has helped to find issues before callers experience. Would definitely recommend Spearline.
