**What do you like best about Spearline?**

It's wide range of solutions like end to end testing for large enterprise customers including manual, automation, mobile testing etc.

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

There is nothing which I dislike about spearline.

It helps in various ways like improving customer experiences, minimizing downtime, protecting brand reputation etc.

**What do you like best about Spearline?**

Anyone dealing with phone lines knows keeping track of stability and availability can be a hassle for even a single country.
Running sales and support operations across all time zones, we used to have to rely on user feedback to track down and fix problems.
Spearline's tool gets me qualified reproduceble and, most importantly, proactive feedback.
To make an example by the time I come into the office, I'll already know the lines opening at 8 had a problem since start of testing 5 am. Leaving me more than enough time to resolve the issue or build a workaround. Before Spearline feedback about something not working would have started trickling in around an hour after the line openend.

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

Spearline is a great testing tool, but it's not perfect.
It can't fix the underlying problem, only identify it for you. You get as much out of it as you can extract from the feedback it gives you, so in the end you as the user are still the one carrying all the weight. Not necessarily negative critique or a bad thing, but you'll need a bit of time to get used to the new process, have to integrate the alerts on your end and make sure everyone in your admin team knows how to interpret the feedback Spearline can give you.

**What problems is Spearline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As above, we used to have to figure out user feedback about what a problem actually was.
With the recent switch to mandatory home office for everyone, it would have been impossible to figure out if quality issues are problems with the user's home internet connection or real audio quality issues on the line.
Having Spearline test against your phone system means you can rule out general problems and qualify any individual agent's issues faster and more precisely.

**What do you like best about Spearline?**

The support from the company is just amazing, even if the system is pretty easy to use but we do occasionally do some configuration mistakes with new numbers. They are always fast and help us fix it even before we notice it our selfs.

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

Even though they are located in many countries some more would be nice. But for our companys need it has been enough for now. And they are expanding so this is really a tiny dislike.

**What problems is Spearline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it's essential that our customers can call and reach our call centers. We have no other monitoring on the local numbers in all the different countries we are located in, so this service is great asset. And was recently put to the test when we did a carrier change. It helped us find problems we most likely wouldn't have found when doing the testing our selves.

Spearline set of tools are helping us daily to monitor our DDI numbers and our Ecosystem Worldwide.

No other company on the market has a similar solution capable of performing at the same complexity and performance level.

**What do you like best about Spearline?**

Not only is the testing platform reliable and accurate, the support team is fantastic! When I'm unsure if the test results are a carrier issue or a Spearline blip, I'll reach out for assistance. Support team answers back in quick fashion (usually to say all is well on the platform) so I can proceed with carrier troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

Would like ALL countries on the dialable list. :) Always sad when we have to ask a carrier to test numbers that Spearline doesn't currently offer. That's it. All the rest is great!

**What problems is Spearline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Always helpful to find problems before the client does. Automated testing and Manual testing help our product look even better than it does without proactive testing.

Spearline enables us to test the toll-free numbers that we provide our customers with from in-country. Their platform is easy to use, and the team is excellent to work with!

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

Nothing -- their service has been reliable and easy-to-use.

**What problems is Spearline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide toll-free numbers from more than 160 countries. Many of these numbers can only be dialed from within the country. Spearline enables us to test toll-free numbers from in-country, no matter where we're testing the numbers from.

being able to test global toll free numbers from In Country lines through automation and be alerted in real time when an issue presents is a fantastic ability.

There is nothing that I dislike about the service, support, or interface

We can be proactive in working with our Telcos in fixing issues.  Identify and resolve problems fast to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

**What do you like best about Spearline?**

This has helped us to reduce our P1 incidents to zero. The ability to automatically call IVR numbers and create incidents automatically when there is an issue has helped to find issues before callers experience. Would definitely recommend Spearline. Also, customer service from spear line has been very good. Fast response and quick issue resolution.

**What do you dislike about Spearline?**

The cost could be lowered a bit.         .

Making sure IVR numbers are always working and create incidents when there is an issue found.

Even though they actively work on constant expanding, there are countries we would still want to see in their availability list :)
