SpeakKI is an AI phone assistant for small and medium-sized businesses in German-speaking countries. It is made for owner-run companies that miss calls because nobody can pick up, such as trades businesses, medical and physiotherapy practices, law and tax offices and local service providers. The assistant answers incoming calls around the clock and responds in under a second. It speaks natural German and, on request, up to 32 languages including English. Callers can ask about opening hours, services and prices, book an appointment, move or cancel one, or leave a request for a callback. Main functions - Answers every call, day and night, with several calls at the same time depending on the plan - Books, moves and cancels appointments in Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar - Sends callers an SMS confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment - Forwards urgent calls to a person on your team - Sends you a summary of every call by email - Optional call recording with transcripts in the dashboard - Greeting, voice and tone can be adjusted to your business How it connects SpeakKI works through call forwarding from your existing number. It works with any phone provider and any phone system, so no new hardware or software is needed. Setup takes about 10 minutes and does not require a sales call. A free personal setup session with the team is available on request. Data protection SpeakKI runs on servers in Germany, and transmission is encrypted. A data processing agreement is included, and the list of subprocessors is public. Pricing Every plan includes all functions. Plans differ only in included minutes, phone numbers, concurrent calls, users and support. Starter costs €39 per month with 300 minutes, Professional €89 with 800 minutes and Business €249 with 2,500 minutes. All prices are net, billed monthly and can be canceled monthly. There is no setup fee. The free trial includes 50 minutes for 14 days without a credit card.
