**What do you like best about Velocity Voice?**

The best is we can connect calls to google meet and start recording; the voice quality is excellent. I would rate a 10/10. Its a nice experience an agent should experience if he/she is in a calling environment.

**What do you dislike about Velocity Voice?**

every two minutes, there is a pop-up for feedback which, at times, is very frustrating. That should be minimized so that it is not disturbing every two minutes.

**What problems is Velocity Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't worked much on Speakeasy Voice-Enablement solving as it isn't beneficial for our business, but I wish to experience Speakeasy Voice-Enablement solving in the future.

**What do you like best about Velocity Voice?**

The UI is so simple and easy to use. Navigating through different buttons becomes hassle free. Voice quality is also clear and there is no disturbance while being on a call.

**What do you dislike about Velocity Voice?**

Transferring a call gets difficult at times. Sometimes customer stays on hold, sometimes they do not. Otherwise its there is nothing to dislike about this software.

**Recommendations to others considering Velocity Voice:**

If you have a process requiring constant calls and client interaction, Speakeasy- Voice enablement is best and easy to use. Picking up calls, transfer of call, keeping on hold all the options are easy to use and makes the working smooth

**What problems is Velocity Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With speakeasy-voice enablement, I am easily able to transfer/pick calls and talk to my customers smoothly. I do not have to necessarily possess an extension number line with me and I can work smoothly on my laptop.

The calls are getting recorded properly and very clear. It is the best tool for any team which includes calling.

After Call time should be more. 3 minutes are not enough to fill all the details.

We can listen to our calls whenever we want and we can use these recordings for training and quality purpose.

The best thing out speakeasy is that it was very easy to learn.

The thing which I dislike about speakeasy is I cannot see my call history or hear call recordings.
