What do you like best?
Smart solution, smart people.
Very ustomer oriented team: they call their account "Customer Success Managers". It is not just marketing, it is really what they are!
The solution is extremely simple to implement, flexible in its setup, easy to understand (just learn by using). In our Case, we coud create a 3-level hierarchy in the groups with a "russian dolls" approach to answer the needs of our customers.
What do you dislike?
We still need to fine tune our moderator policy, but that's mostly on the business side: an ativity to organize in the project implementation. Some further features could be developped (notification differentiation for App vs. Mail).
Recommendations to others considering the product
- User management: go for external interface towards your JR / user system.
- plan communication policy, code of conduct, and moderation policy.
- dedicate great time to initial analysis of Organizational structure within speakap.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Communication to all, bottom-up and not only top-down, and "horizontally": create a network dynamics among pepole.
We finallly know who we do reach and who we don't. Our customer feel more listened to, closer to us.
