SpatialSense is a spatial intelligence platform from Kodifly that gives infrastructure and construction teams one live view of their sites. It brings LiDAR scans, imagery and IoT sensor data into a single environment and uses proprietary AI to turn raw point clouds into accurate 3D digital twins. Teams compare as-built conditions against design models, track progress automatically and catch problems such as structural deviations early, before they turn into rework. Engineers, contractors and project owners can review sites remotely, annotate models, assign tasks and generate reports directly from the platform, which cuts manual documentation and keeps everyone on the same data. SpatialSense is used across construction, railways and highways to improve safety, reduce delays and keep project timelines and costs under control.
