It provided accurate information on sites and coverage areas **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** The interface of the programs is a bit small and difficult to read, and there were many clicks to navigate to the information you needed for the projects. It could have larger text on the screens. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps solve accurate data location on real-world coordinates to depict true-to-life accuracy of the data. It takes the guesswork or having errors in data coverages. ### 3. Mainly Address Validation/Correction and Reverse Geocoding. Often we will get coordinates from our contractors with no address. With SpatialPoint's Reverse Geocoding, its easy. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** We know not everyone's application of SpatialPoint will be the same. So our dislikes may not apply to everyone. However, other than pricing, we don't really have any dislikes. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** SpaitalPoint helped us with geocoding. MapMarker is cloud-based now, but still supports uploading our CSV files and TAB files. We even get email notifications when our jobs get completed. ### 4. It allows us to ramp up and down options in our domain. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** SpatialPoint could integrate more fluidly with existing on-premise systems within our domain. Just saying the layout could be easier to combine the two products. **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** They primarily help Rockford with several backup issues that other competitors have problems with offer are business a streamlined approach to addressing them in bulk ### 5. Geocoding, Map visualization, third party data (especially zip codes or demographics) are easily accessible and usable. **What do you dislike about SpatialPoint?** Lack of integration with other tools such as Salesforce or SAP. The SaaS services are fine but what we needed most was the integration with Salesforce. It required to go back and forth between those two tools, including manual tasks **What problems is SpatialPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our challenge was to understand the relationship between our customers' location and demographics to optimize our potential in some trade areas around our stores. ### 7.
