I find Sparrow very easy to use and user-friendly. The support team was proactive, as someone reached out to me to see how things were going and responded quickly to my questions. When I needed to extend my leave, Sparrow made it easy by taking care of everything for me; I just had to email the coordinator, and they handled the rest, including contacting my HR for the leave extension. I really appreciated that everything was located in one place. I could see my time off, my pay, and it broke it down to types as well, so I could see if I was paying (STD/PTO) or if my employer was covering (PPL). The platform is super user friendly, very easy to navigate around and find what you are looking for. I appreciated that I could access it both on my work and personal computer / phone, so I always had access to it whenever I needed it. It was easy to implement into my routine and wasn't had to learn at all.

The mode of communication is strictly email with your team. This was fine while I was at work, but after I was on leave, they would communicate through my personal email, and those communications would sometimes get lost due to how busy my personal email is. There was a point when I got a correpsondence from the health insurance that was out of sync with the info. IF there is a way to fix that that woould help. For exxample, I had to fill out docs that were for guardian and not for the employer, and as a result my health insurance check was delayed. Small nuance but was confusion.
