It's as easy as inviting your people to a meeting. I'd say spend some time with the Sparkwise team ahead of time thinking about the topics that most work for your group. And think about using a series of immersions, as they call them, to reinforce what you're trying to emphasize. **What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sparkwise has developed a unique platform for group trainings that makes such things fun and dynamic again. You gather your team onto what seems to be a regular remote meeting but once inside you can move your team through Sparkwise's proprietary synchronous training customized to your needs -- and it's fun! Small groups get together and do the exercises together, in an engaging manner. It brings teams together, and unlocks the knowledge and experience of the people on the call, vs. the usual one-way boring training session. ### 2.
