**What do you like best about sparkPRO?**


It's a great hub between different system of communication, from chat to videoconference systems


**What do you dislike about sparkPRO?**

In the products there is a lack of integration between the same tools of the same softwarehouse, and some time it's not easy to work with I can. Does not run smoothly 

**Recommendations to others considering sparkPRO:**

 Works well with video conferencing and can go on virtual and chat 

**What problems is sparkPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**


We solve a big problem due the hardware failure of our MCU for videoconference, now we are using a virtual room instead of an MCU and it’s really less cost effective. As side effect we found that this system is working very well
