First they suspended me for sending spam email before I'd even sent a single email. They did apologize and reactivate my account.

After running a few tests, we noticed emails to hotmail weren't arriving. Not bouncing, not delayed, marked as delivered but never appearing. When we sent to them regarding this - and that our test from 4 other providers to the same address with the same email content were arriving, they kept on saying "from our side all is ok, check your junk email". The emails were not in junk email, or nowhere at all. They simply have no idea where their emails go.
