Site is clean and easy to use. Support respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SparkPost? First they suspended me for sending spam email before I'd even sent a single email. They did apologize and reactivate my account. After running a few tests, we noticed emails to hotmail weren't arriving. Not bouncing, not delayed, marked as delivered but never appearing. When we sent to them regarding this - and that our test from 4 other providers to the same address with the same email content were arriving, they kept on saying "from our side all is ok, check your junk email". The emails were not in junk email, or nowhere at all. They simply have no idea where their emails go. They are very responsive and provide "white glove" service. If you are paying for their service, you definitely feel like you are being taken care of. It is difficult to get any desired changes on their roadmap. Unless a lot of their customers, or their biggest customers want the change as well, you will likely not get your change request completed. Some of the changes are pretty necessary for our solution. What problems is SparkPost solving and how is that benefiting you? My team wanted someone else to handle our deliverability and template management. They monitor our deliverability and alert us of any issues. We handle our own user segmentation, but even if we mess up, their system won't let us spam users unnecessarily.
