FleetMax is a fleet management software developed in Portugal by SparkleIT. It helps companies manage vehicles and machinery in a single platform, available on web and on Android and iOS mobile apps, replacing scattered spreadsheets and paper documents. With FleetMax, fleet managers can: - Centralize assets: cars, vans, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, tractors, forklifts and construction machinery, with custom fields, inspection and accident history. - Control expenses: costs by type and cost center, one-click import of fuel card Excel files with automatic assignment per vehicle, and detection of unusual fuel, toll or cost deviations. - Plan maintenance: preventive reminders, parts replaced, invoices and full service history. - Manage contracts: purchase, renting, leasing, maintenance and insurance contracts, with mileage projections and renewal alerts. - Avoid fines and missed deadlines: automatic alerts for road tax, inspections, insurance and contract renewals. - Book shared vehicles: availability search, approval workflow and mobile booking. - Track vehicles with optional GPS: trip history, geofencing, eco-driving reports and alerts. GPS can be added only to the assets that need it. - Make better decisions: dashboards and KPIs such as cost per km, average consumption and total cost of ownership (TCO). FleetMax is used by SMEs and larger organizations in sectors such as transport and logistics, construction, technical services, facilities, home care, distribution and local government. It saves 20+ hours per month of administrative work, with more than 3,000 assets managed. Pricing starts at €1.90 per asset per month, with direct support from a dedicated account manager and optional onboarding and training.
