What I like best is that you can navigate the dashboard and your 'sparkle' with so much ease as everything is right in front of you, and you also have so many options within the styles that you can edit yourself fit fit with your own branding. There isn't much I can say I dislike say about the actual service/product, the one issue I had was that I couldn't enable real time on the night of one of our events which was quite worrying as it was the main source that kept audience interaction. I don't think there really is anything to 'dislike'. The only way they have setup their business model is that upgrading is needed fairly fast.

For example: if you want to create a custom theme, delete the "powered by sparkle.io", have a more frequent update time (lowest one starts with 3 hours) and no moderation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a medium size business with a wide audience, the moderation tool is essential to ensure content is on brand and not offensive in anyway.
