If your goal is to identify bottlenecks based on the time it takes to move through stages in the hiring process, the Activity Report can help track this. In addition, the Team Engagement report may provide a more focused view at the team and interview level, helping highlight where delays are occurring in the process.

If you want to dig into these reports in more detail, we suggest reaching out to your CSM for additional support and resources!

On editing stages, there's actually more flexibility there than may be immediately visible. The platform features a drag-and-drop workflow builder that allows you to customize stages per job. I recommend working with your Customer Success Manager, who can walk you through what's possible.

We also appreciate your feedback on our analytics. Again, your CSM is a great person to talk to about what you're specifically trying to track to ensure you are getting the full use of your dashboards, but we will also be sure to share your note with our Product Team.
