Spark hire allows me to conduct initial screens for entry-level/high-volume positions quickly & easily, rather than having to conduct phone screens with each of these candidates. Spark hire just recently implemented Transcriptions and Reference Checks - this is amazing! Transcripts allow me to read along while candidates are speaking; additionally allowing me to take quick note of any answers I would like to follow up on further. The Reference Checks will be quick and easy (& highly utilized) for our entry level positions - hopefully reducing the number of those who are selected for the position but are truly not the strongest once they're in their role; ultimately increasing our number of quality candidates selected as well as reducing our overall turnover. It can be complicated to navigate at times. Everything is separate: jobs, question sets, interviews, etc. Through much practice, I can accomplish what I need fairly quickly but it's difficult to explain to others and took many months to master. We're able to interview candidates at scale in a simple click of a button. Not only do we get to put names with faces, we can also share more about our business and build our employer brand through our own videos that we share before and after a candidate's interview. I find that great candidates love the freedom of video interviewing and flexibility of completing it in their own time. Spark Hire doesn't 'talk' nice to our ATS, JazzHR. Yes, it integrates with the ATS, but we cannot easily view all features that Spark Hire has in our ATS. We can only see if a Spark Hire has been Sent, In Progress, or Complete; then view the interview. We cannot see ratings, reviews, and other features. It is the best value I've found for online interviews. They have a very good support team that are friendly and helpful. I love how you can create custom questions or use any of their built-in stock questions. You can schedule live interviews or what we use, which is the option to complete them when it works for the applicant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isin't any thing that i can point out in this regard. I like to use it, and haven't found any issues while doing so.

I'd like to see improvements on the tasks tab, it should have the open positions button, instead of the user having to go click on the "My Open Positions" it should show all the buttons there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saves time for both candidates and employers. Where candidates can undergo the interview at their own pace and time to showcase their skills while in a resourcefull state; and hiring managers can watch the interviews at their own time as well and most importantly can go back to it or share it when needed further in the interviewing process.

We are using SparkHire in way slightly different than how it's intended. Rather than using it for hiring, we use it to screen volunteers and create volunteer profiles. It does exactly what we need (for the most part). Videos are easily shareable and tags help us sort through the content. It's also easy enough to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The experience has been overall positive. If there is one complaint, it's the tagging system. We would love it if selecting several tags narrows our candidate list only to those who satisfy all tags.
