**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

The system is semi user-friendly. If someone is new to Spark Hire it might take you a few hours to understand how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

The only downside I can think of is an easier way to change your questions in the question banks.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark hire allows the hiring manager to select candidates to interview independently. Its an average program at best.
