The way licenses are modified was supposed to be better but it does not let you update it right in the moment where I found myself needing to come back to it to update the license whenever the system decided to recognized that users were removed. It only solves part of the backup problem This is by far the biggest limitation. Spanning protects SaaS data such as: \* Microsoft 365 \* Google Workspace \* Salesforce It does not protect: \* Servers \* Virtual machines \* Workstations \* Network devices \* On-premises applications Impact: You still need another backup and disaster recovery solution for the rest of the IT environment. I no longer have to worry about deciding which files belong on which devices, since the software takes care of all the slicing, ordering, and tracking for me. What do you dislike about Spanning Backup? If even a single fragment or disc from the backup is damaged or lost, the entire backup could become unusable. Splitting my backup into more pieces only increases the chances that something might go wrong.
