What do you like best about SpamTitan Email Security?

We opted for the use of several tools that were fully functional for us related to good email protection, through a powerful filtering of electronic spam in the inbox. We obtain very good results, through its functions to block spam, viruses, malware, ransomware, phishing attempts, threats in email. At the same time, it provides advanced security but easy to use even all personnel without extensive technical knowledge, and still can be easily operated on the platform. What do you dislike about SpamTitan Email Security?

The search for customer interaction records through messages is a bit complex and tedious, certainly if it were easier it would be much more useful for the team that is not so experienced since it requires steps that not everyone knows how to handle . It is not an aspect of great relevance to us because all the personnel who manage the platform are trained for this, which is why we are satisfied with the results it has provided us. For us and me as the main user, Software is a very simple tool that does not require any external support or support, because each tool and its functions are explained.
