Pricing is very aggressive, it's easy to configure, and it has a great onboarding process. The back-end portal for admins and customer-facing users to manage quarantine and filtering options is intuitive and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SpamHero? It misses some obvious phishing spam messages without some additional configuration. This seems to be a critical point of most systems out there at the moment, but I wish it was better. Some messages SpamHero lets through get noticed by Microsoft 365's systems as if they would be filtered by them if that was enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SpamHero solving and how is that benefiting you? It provides a low-cost spam filtering solution that's better, in most cases, than what's "stock" with the mail service provider; and allows good back-end management and administrative functionality.
