I have to admit that it is a bit difficult, for both beginners and experienced users. The lack of insights and analysis provided by Dexma is a setback. It would be better if they increased the energy consumption reports with personalized recommendations for minimizing energy usage. **What do you dislike about Spacewell Energy?** While the platform claims to provide data and user friendly dashboards there seem to be issues with data accuracy and meter fault readings. This raises concerns about the reliability and effectiveness of their energy management tools. **What problems is Spacewell Energy solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are unable to resolve the issue of accessing energy data. It provides user dashboards that do not allow us to make informed decisions regarding our energy usage.
