**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

I love their creativity and their ability to innovate. They have already designed custom solutions for specific cases. Their solution allows, among other things, to aggregate all the data of a building on an application, both in terms of comfort and usage or utilization. This application also allows for the control of certain installations. It was easy to set up Spaceti, and I use the application to measure real-time data on building indicators and usage. Moreover, I have worked on projects where we interfaced the Spaceti application with 3D design tools, which allows for the display of real-time measured data on a navigable 3D plan. Their AI also allows for the creation of custom reporting.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

The local support, they do not have an entity in France. Have local representatives for nearby installations and maintenance.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spaceti provides me with reliable real-time data on building usage without being on site, which helps make the best decisions for layout. It aggregates all the data of a building into one application and allows for the management of certain installations.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

The sensors, people counters etc. are wireless and do not need a wired power supply. That makes it very easy to install in virtually every environment. The dashboard is very intuitive with a short learning curve

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

We had an issue with the meeting room tablets and it took the support quite some time to analyse the exact issue and root cause.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A local legal requirement to offer our staff a healthy working environment. With the AI reports it is very easy to generate the required reports.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

I like Spaceti's AI integration and the open API, which allow us to build in new ideas and develop new services. This helps us tailor the system to other clients, adding value to the existing platform. Additionally, the integration of WELL-approved devices to monitor environmental conditions is beneficial as it lets us improve and react to high CO2 levels, and the tool's facility for optimizing office spaces through occupancy and utilization rates is quite useful.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

The implementation phase can be improved. We still have issues with SSO and Microsoft integrations. The SSO with Microsoft has been very difficult and it is still not solved.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spaceti helps optimize office spaces through occupancy data and enhances community building with communication tools. It improves environmental conditions with WELL-approved devices and allows us to tailor services via an AI and open API.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

What stands out most about SpaceTI is how thoughtfully the platform balances user experience with powerful administrative controls. The interface is intuitive for employees while still giving Workplace and IT teams the flexibility to configure booking rules, access permissions, and policies in a way that truly reflects how our firm operates. I’ve also been impressed by how responsive and collaborative the SpaceTI team has been throughout demos and ongoing discussions, as they are genuinely invested in understanding our needs and tailoring the solution accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

At this time, there isn’t anything specific I dislike about SpaceTI. The product and team have consistently met our expectations, and any questions or feedback we’ve raised have been handled thoughtfully and promptly.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpaceTI is helping us solve several core challenges around space utilization, visibility, and governance as we transition to a more flexible, data-driven workplace model. Previously, we lacked a single system that could effectively combine reservations, permissions, and real utilization insights. SpaceTI addresses this by bringing desk and room booking, sensor-based occupancy data, and policy-driven access controls into one cohesive platform. 

For our firm, this means we can better understand how space is actually being used- not just how it’s being reserved. This allows us to make more informed decisions about neighborhood planning, desk allocation, and future space strategy. The ability to tailor booking rules by department, management level, or neighborhood ensures fairness and efficiency, while still allowing unused spaces to open up and be utilized more broadly. Ultimately, SpaceTI is enabling us to optimize our footprint, improve the employee experience, and support long-term workplace planning with reliable, actionable data.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

I really like Spaceti's responsiveness and customer care, which make dealing with any issues much easier. The ease of the platform interface is another aspect that stands out for me, as it makes navigation simple. Additionally, I appreciate that the initial setup was very easy and came with no burden on me as a customer. Overall, these features make using Spaceti a positive experience.

I find the advanced user training needs improvement. It would be great to have tailored training that targets specific questions.

I use Spaceti for space utilization studies in NHS health centers. It improves reporting and analytics, allows strategic estate decisions on cost allocation and disposals, and features an easy platform interface.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

We implemented Spaceti in mid-2025, and I have been very pleased with it. We use it to reserve desks, cars, and survey kits, and I find the interface to be clean and modern. Our end users were able to set up the app on their smartphones with minimal or no help from the IT department. Integrating Spaceti's SSO with our Entra ID was also straightforward. Through the app, users can report any issues within the building, even for spaces shown on the map that aren't licensed in the system, such as restrooms. The analytics package is quite comprehensive, providing insights into Booking Counts, Booking Utilization, Booking Hourly Occupancy, and Booking Daily Occupancy. We also have Kaiterra Air Quality sensors installed throughout the office, and their data is displayed within the Spaceti system as well. The system is used daily with very few issues reported by end users. Spaceti's customer support has been excellent—if any problems arise, they are quick to address them. Interacting with Spaceti employees is easy and pleasant. Overall, the Spaceti system is robust and definitely worth considering for your office booking needs.

Honestly, I can't find anything about Spaceti that I dislike.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After downsizing and renovating our office, we ended up with fewer desks for our employees. Spaceti enables us to maintain a truly hybrid work environment, allowing both in-office and remote work, without needing to provide a dedicated desk for every person.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

Very user friendly interface and an amazing AI based data analysing tool to create within seconds meaningfull reports on the usage of our office and  helping us to improve the Productivty of our Space & People. 
Without Spaceti, this tasks would hardly be possible or would cost a fortune.
For larger organisations, Spaceti is a game changer how they can now operate offices efficiently.
Also a big thank you to the Spaceti team which was super responsive and easy to work with during the planning and implementation phase.

So far we had no negative experience and are very happy with the solution.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Spaceti to to make sure that whenever employees are coming to the office, thay have a guaranteed desk available as well as meeting rooms.
This allows us to work efficiently despite a low desk to staff ratio and operate on a lower office surface, saving us a lot of rent.
The statistics allow us to monitor the usage of the office and update our policies if certain trends are discovered.

Nothing negative to report as my our experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

I was initially surprised to find that there wasn't an option to generate chargeback reports for Finance. Fortunately, they are now working on implementing this feature for us.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

Spaceti's platform provides practical real-time visibility through its live map feature. During my consulting work with an insurance company client, this function eliminated the need for physical space checks, allowing for efficient monitoring of office occupancy patterns throughout the day.

The standard occupancy reporting delivers functional data that serves as a reasonable foundation for space utilization recommendations. The metrics offer sufficient evidence to inform basic space planning decisions.

The AI assistant component adds some value by generating charts and analysis on demand. This feature reduces manual data processing time and produces presentation-ready visualizations that adequately communicate findings to stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

The reporting functionality could benefit from more customization options. When faced with specific client requests or unique business questions, the platform's current reporting structure can be a bit limiting to work with.

My client deployed Spaceti for an unassigned, open-plan space. As a result, some of the default metrics didn't apply directly. The team was super helpful to make it all work in the end. I'm not sure if it was due to the customization of metrics that maybe limited the analysis of some usage patterns. For instance, it would be great to have analysis on passive utilization/"signs of life" in addition to utilization and occupancy.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the utilization of the space, and understanding the nuances of people's behavioral patterns when they work in the office.

SpaceTi may not offer as many features as some of the larger enterprise products, but this is reflected in its more affordable pricing.

Our main reason for implementing Spaceti was to enable desk booking, which has allowed us to transition to a hybrid office environment.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

The Speceti team installed all of the sensors. They were professional and explained the process in an easy to understand way, not just to the IT/Ops team, but also to interested workers that saw them in the office.

It was easy to set up an account to view the data gathered in the application portal. The portal was easy to navigate and the engineers from Spaceti met with us frequently to make sure we were getting the information we wanted to receive throughout the project.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

The team was great to work with, and the sensors gather an incredible amount of data from office space usage to the environment quality of the office air. This comes at a price. Using the sensors and portal for a long term deployment was not possible for us due to the cost. I was extremely happy with the point in time data that we gathered for a short term deployment.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Spaceti to make informed decisions based on how the various public and private spaces in our office were being utilized. We had also had complaints about noise in some areas of the office. The sensors from Spaceti were capable of gathering both usage and environmental data, so it was perfect for what we were looking for.

I loved how easy it was to install the sensors themselves. The portal is full of real-time info and it is easy to navigate and filter out what you would like to see + not see.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

If we didn't have the in-person support of walking us through to show to a client, it would have been difficult/not as easy to figure it out on our own. I appreciated Aakash coming to our office to show us how it works!

Spaceti allows us to solve the problems with our building, get insights into which spaces we are using and not using, and make sure our building is safe to show our landlord etc.

**What do you like best about Spaceti?**

See a map in real time with the everything you have in the office, have an overview of all - this is the big issue. In a big company sometimes is difficult to know where to go.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

Everything is important, maybe some are more useful for some businesses than others. Some bugs happen and it's tricky sometimes but it's normal in a constantly developing software and most of the clients understand that.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our customers, Spaceti solves the management of their employees at the office. With hybrid working, offices no longer need to have space for each person and that were Spaceti enter,  in their space management.

I appreciated the support we received throughout the integration process. It was extremely helpful and made things much smoother for us.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

I’ve noticed that when someone leaves the company and is removed from the active directory, they still appear as active on the floor plan map. This creates some inconvenience, as I have to manually remove the person from their seat; otherwise, the seat remains marked as occupied when it should actually be vacant.

Spaceti has been very helpful in identifying our most important needs and working to incorporate these features. Their support in this process has made a noticeable difference.

The insights and the new AI module brought the speed our business was missing. 
Great releases with features that we were missing.
The Sales representative -Jorge-  a great enthusiast and we learn always in advanced whats coming up in the roadmap. The time he dedicates to us and the constant communication is something we havent experienced with other vendors in the past. In general the whole team is always supportive and willing to help. thank you 😊

Spaceti allows to have all the information quite simply, to book spaces, to report issues at the work place, to add information to be available to all your colleagues, to even book instruments or equipment to be shared.
New features are always being added, and this is surely a plus.
It helps in giving you data for space planning (expanding or reducing, or changing the assignment of areas for other purpouses).

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

Sometimes the app has some hiccups and it's always a challenge especially for users who are not quite tech savvy (log out from the app, delete the app cache, log-in again).
Changes in the set up, especially if you have to change the location or the space assignment of the sensors / spaces / departments, is a bit difficult and tricky, and could result in loosing the previous data that was gathered.
The price per analysis of sensor data flow is quite high.
It doesn't allow for customization of working hours.
It was difficult to set up integration for Google Workspace.

The onboarding team was extra present and reactive during integration and continues to be after onboarding. We met several times with the co-founders and they took time to listen to our needs and to develop custom solutions quickly. Customer service is definetly a strenght.

They are continuously working on streamlining their features and releasing new ones which causes things to look a bit disjointed at times. But again, whenever I've needed help with something, the SpaceTI team jumped in right away.

The system offers very complex and scalable sollution for reservation of working desks, meeting rooms and parking. Still new features are developed based on customer experience.

Although it is very complex it is very user friendly and simple to use. 

We also experience the system combined with sensors which offers unique combination of reservation system with reporting of utilization which enables futher space optimization. 

Implementation is very smooth and short in time. Cooperation is great.

Uploading of spaceplans has to be done by Spaceti, but this doesnt happen often and is quick within few working days so it is not painful. However minor changes in spaceplans can be done by us easily.

**What problems is Spaceti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimization of utilization of spaces, decreasing the lease costs and CO2 footprint. Based on data from spaceti we have created new concept of offices for GasNet. Thanks to data from Spaceti we were able to reduce rented premises, save money on refurbishment of our premises and have data for further optimization. Thanks to lower energy consumption we also decrease our CO2 footprint.

Spaceti is ectremely easy to use. There is no need for a tutorial on how to use it, all I need to do is have our employees download the app and they are all set!

There is not anything I do not really like, the only thing I wish was different is an option to search bookings. Like if someone looking for a collegue, they want to be able to search and see which desk they have booked for the day. As an admin I have these privleges, so everyone asks me to check for them.

Spaceti helps regulate where people can go in the office. The booking capabilities means there is no fuss about where someone is sitting, everyone is required to book a space if you do not have an assigned seat.

The installation took no time at all to impliment into our space. If we ever have any questions about the technology, their customer support team is always there to rapidly assist us. Spaceti also has a number of features that my team thoroughly enjoy.

We have been using SpaceTI since we opened our new offices (2 years ago).  Our offices have shared workspaces so a desk reservation system is a MUST especially as more employees return to the space.  We've also added their visitor management software to help us track and record visitors in our office. This is especially helpful when generating reports for complance.

**What do you dislike about Spaceti?**

SpaceTi is ever evolving their platform.  We sporically have issues due to our singal factor sign on but the team is always quick to respond to any problems that arise.  The app can be a bit glitchy so that can be troubling.
