Companies replace fragmented satellite offices with a curated, usage-based network — one contract, one invoice, no per-location negotiations. The platform serves three main buyers. COOs and Operations teams use Spacent to scale workspace capacity flexibly without new lease commitments — cutting real estate costs and reducing CO₂ while keeping hybrid work governable. Facility and Workplace Managers use it to manage owned offices and external flex spaces from a single dashboard, with spend controls, booking rules, and utilisation analytics across the entire portfolio. HR and Culture teams use it to give employees near-home workspace options — so people can work professionally close to home, not just in a central HQ. Key capabilities include: access to 1,300+ workspaces across UK, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe; booking management for both owned offices and third-party spaces; per-employee and per-team spend limits and budget caps; utilisation and spend analytics across all locations; hybrid work policy and team agreement management; SSO system integrations and people management; and a single monthly invoice for all workspace types and locations. Spacent is designed for companies with 50–1,000+ employees operating across multiple European locations. Customers include Siemens, Fujitsu, Wolt, DNA, Relex, Swappie, and Wolt.
