I'd been working with Spacebring for a while, and I can definitely say that behind this platform are people who genuinaly care. The latest update to the administrative app looks absolutely brilliant – we didn't even realise how much we needed it until now.
We recently asked the support team whether it was possible to manually refund a transaction, and we were impressed when the feature was actualy launched instead of beiing lost in the usual "coming soon" limbo. Problems with the program are bound to arise as you use it, but it's really great that they always respond quickly. However, because of the time difference with Korea, communication can be a bit difficult, but even taking that into account, I really like that they respond and take action so quickly.
