One of the most user-friendly lease administration systems I ever used. The functions are very straightforward, and amazingly you can pull custom reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we have several lease entries under the same lease (i,e Reflector, Reflector 1st Floor, Reflector 1st Floor Sublease), and if I search & click the lease entry Reflector, instead of going directly to the lease entry, it will take me to a search result that will show all the lease entries again, and I have to click Reflector again to get to the lease entry. Additionally, for example, when I'm searching for a lease entry by city, it will sometimes show an expired lease entry as the first search result, whereas it would be nice if the search entries were sorted by active leases. the fact that we can centralize all of our leases. different parties can access the data. also, adding the expense schedules helps us pay the correct amount in rent monthly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
currently there aren't too many downsides. having the leases and then accounting leases in two different sections was confusing at first, but after going through the accounting leases (for ASC 842), it became more intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
