What do you like best about Sovos?

Simplicity of use. Sovos also keeps up-to-date with legal requirements so I don't have to. The Customer Support has been excellent with continued contact. Sovos is proactive and reaches out to us ahead of time when changes are coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst NetSuite Implementation Process"

What do you like best about Sovos?

Works OK once setup and their setup process did catch some errors in our tax reporting in one state. It also shows line item tax compared to the native NetSuite taxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sovos?

We have been in the implementation process since July 22 with a projected go live date of October 22. It is now almost April 23 and not completed. We installed the software into our NetSuite production account in December and are still spending hours manually doing taxes internally even though we pay for their services to file on our behalf. This has been nothing but a headache. Good luck if you have any customization or scripts in your current environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
