Sovereign Plus is a CIS payroll bureau based in Portsmouth, working with construction firms across the UK. We take on the paperwork and compliance risk of engaging labour-only subcontractors: every operative's UTR and CIS status is verified with HMRC and their right to work is checked before a penny is paid. We run weekly CIS payroll with the right deductions, pay subcontractors in GBP or EUR, and produce monthly statements, contractor invoices and CIS300-ready reporting. Clients and subbies get a secure portal and mobile app for payslips, statements and records. Over 20 years' industry experience.
