What do you like best about Sova?

Nice platform to use, being able to bespoke the assessment to meet our needs & requirements, as well as the needs of our service users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sova?

I think the admin portal could be a little more user friendly, & some of the options in terms of (for example) accessing practitioner reports, specific data on individuals could be more user friendly & easier to access Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sova?

The platform is easy to use and user-friendly for Recruiters, Assessors and Candidates. One of the key benefits is being able to set up your assessment processes through one platform rather than multiple tools and vendors.

The team is also incredibly responsive to feature requests and suggested areas of improvement, adding these to their roadmap wherever possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sova?

Sova is growing quickly as a company and the assessments platform is continuously being developed. It takes time as a client to adapt to this and also to feed into their product roadmap of what features would be beneficial to us, this sometimes can be a little time-consuming compared to working with larger assessment companies. That said, it does also allow us to help shape the future of Sova's products more so than we might be able to with other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
