What do you like best about Sova?

Ease of contact and support esp with our senior cust success manager Nathan.

What do you like best about Sova?

Sova has responded quickly to queries and requests, which is not always found in larger vendors. Their platform is easy to navigate and self-explanatory and provides a seamless candidate experience. Their tools are robust and inclusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how Sova's talent assessment platform has helped our organization to streamline our recruitment process and identify the best candidates for our team. The platform's skills testing, psychometric testing, and video interviewing capabilities have been particularly useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sova?

While I think Sova's talent assessment platform is overall very useful, I have found the user interface to be a bit clunky at times. I think there could be some improvements made to the reporting and analytics features to make them more customizable. What do you like best about Sova?

Very easy to use system. Looks professional and feedback has shown a very good candidate experience. Provide a high level of security of data which is very important to my client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The increase in cost has led to us not being awarded a contract due to price. Very disappointing as we previously won every contract and used Sova every time. Would like to see a more competitive pricing structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
