Potential to be a leading assessment organisation but currently on the journey there **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024 **What do you like best about Sova?** The integration with our ATS is robust and rarely produces issues **What do you dislike about Sova?** We have to ask for support rather than be proactively given it, which is not what I would expect from an assessment consultancy. Account management is strong but assessment practitioner and Occ Psych resource is harder to access. Assessments required lots of redesign time on my side due to quality issues.
