What I appreciate most about Sourcicle is its highly effective Personal Email Finder, which performs exceptionally well compared to other providers. The seamless operation as a browser extension allows me to execute the entire process, from sourcing to outreach, without ever leaving LinkedIn. This tool saves me a significant amount of time. Before I started using it, I had to first source candidates, then find their emails individually, and then save each person in the ATS. Scraps e-mails w. a single click, adds LinkedIn leads to multiple, edible, campaigns powered by AI, which makes sourcing powerful yet simple. The user can see how many times a lead opened a sent message, indicating "hotter" leads (I find it very useful). Also, provides automatic KPIs reporting.
