"Great for Candidate Relationship Management- Be Cautious with BDR"
4/5
What do you like best about SourceWhale?

We originally used it for BDR and found it to be challenging given the unique nature of our customers and candidates. However, from an ATS and Candidate Relationship Management system, the platform actually does a pretty good job. Particularly if many of your candidates are on Linkedin already. What do you dislike about SourceWhale?

What do you like best about SourceWhale?

I really like how user friendly SourceWhale is. If you are having issues their support team is very responsive. Using the platform has streamlined my outreach and saved me a ton of time with data entry. It was very easy to implement and also communicates with our current ATS system. I use it in my everyday activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Life-changing tool for intentional, high volume recruiters"
5/5
What do you like best about SourceWhale?

Customization capabilities and ability to integrate with your CRM/ATS systems. Super easy and intuitive product, in addition to seamlessly integrating within your custom workflow. The team is super collaborative and responsive. All of these are really "nice to haves" when you consider how well the product is at automating outreach workflows. It has shaved hours off my to-do list from week to week - and helps me stay consistent in my outreach cadence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SourceWhale?

In all honesty, there is not much to complain about. The one blocker is that there are a few manual outreach tasks that you will still have to perform (sending LinkedIn Inmails and phone calls, for example), but overall those are minor when compared to the remainder of the work the tool automates. "User friendly product that delivers results"
5/5
What do you like best about SourceWhale?

SourceWhale is user friendly and helps you to get the most out of your outreach. We provide recruitment training to consultants, so whilst I'm not directly using it to try to get a hold of candidates or potential clients, I use it to reach out to the users on the platform to boost engagement/have consistent comms/generate testimonials - all of which are useful as a customer success executive. I've also seen great results from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SourceWhale?

I'd say the only downside would be having to manually stop outreach to consultants once they have followed a link/completed a form and not replied to my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Major time saver and workflow improvement tool for exec search."
5/5
What do you like best about SourceWhale?

The outreach automation is absolutely top notch. Easy to set up, easy to automate and improve quality, and takes outreach completely off of my plate during the week. It allows me to focus fully on quality research and then the outreach is initiated and customized in a way that I can trust and be hands off. I use it every day, it's replaced MixMax for me, excluding for every day templates.

It takes some up front work to integrate it into your workflow, but it's very easy to do. It fundamentally changes how I do outreach, so it makes sense that it's a lift to set it up properly.

I've not needed to use customer support, but their onboarding team for our firm is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SourceWhale?

LinkedIn integrations are generally difficult, but having to monitor for responses and marking people interested or not interested in the SourceWhale website isn't ideal. It can result in double outreach when someone has already said they want to talk.

Additionally, the rules around being in multiple SourceWhale projects are a little clunky. It makes sense for not bombarding candidates, but there might be a better way to do this or customize it by company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sailing the sea of simplicity"
5/5
What do you like best about SourceWhale?

SourceWhale is a multi-functional tool that fits right into our workflow. Talk about a swiss-army-knife!

In a sea of options, there are a myriad of tools for sequencing, messaging, documenting, and sourcing contacts. We have certainly hopped in the boat of quite a few, trying out new features as they've been evolving over the last few years.

We get to keep our other tools and you wouldn't even notice the big whale in the middle of them....except for the increase of efficiency and results. There is an increase in the income-generating activity, which leads to increased revenues.

While much of the product is intuitive, they provide thorough onboarding and engagement support, to ensure your value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SourceWhale?

I haven't found a single thing to complain about. They have a consistent work culture, as every employee that we have worked on is kind, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
