For our sourcing / outreach we used a combination of several different tools including AmazingHiring + MixMax and had to upload candidates to Vincere via CSV. SourceWhale's chrome extension, compounded with their integration with Vincere means we can now source on multiple platforms, add prospects to campaigns AND upload to Vincere (whilst simultaneously shortlisting to the relevant job) in just a few clicks. The time / cost saving is huge. **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** The NLP re picking up whether a prospect's response is labelled as "interested" has room for improvement but no doubt this will happen over time. **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** SourceWhale's features have allowed us to source candidates quicker, be more dynamic with our outreach and provide me, as an owner, with insightful metrics on the teams' performance. Many sourcing tools do not integrate with our current ATS and the developer at SW met with me 1:1 for weeks as needed until SW was fully integrated, even getting on zoom calls with me to talk directly with the ATS company describing exactly what needed to happen from a developer's perspective to ensure I could use SW with our ATS simultaneously. Highly personalized email drip campaigns with automation, including custom variables in memes 3. NLP detection of interested candidate replies that automatically upload a candidates linked PDF profile to the right stage in my Applicant Tracking System 4. NLP and image detection of profiles to get highly accurate gender and ethnicity data at sourcing stage 5. Ability to A/B test subject and body across all steps in the drip email campaign sequence 6. Stellar customer support and extremely fast feature development **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** The thing I don't like is that they aren't building a candidate search tool -- haha. Said differently The thing I don't like is they're so good at email finding and drip sending that they're not yet doing the Boolean search component of sourcing in their product. I want them to do this because they will blow the competition out of the water in that totally different product area **Recommendations to others considering SourceWhale:** You will not find a better email finding and drip messaging tool. If you care about efficiency, quality, or just being the best a this tool is a must have **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems solved: efficiency - I can message more people and get higher interested rates with sourcewhale as well as move profiles automatically all in one button press; it just works from the moment I send an email till the moment a candidate replies. Personalization - I can reach candidates in a more scalable way thanks to the number of variables they use that pull in candisate information. I've realized higher interest rate and better ability to know when my email campaigns are performing good or bad and can them know to A/B test the campaigns to get improvements in my ourreach. I've also added the benefit of trusting the diversity data at the sourcing stage which no one else provides in as accurate and usable a fashion as sourcewhale! ### 23. I have seen Batman using SourceWhale (SW) in one of his sessions and when Carrie Collier recommended this product, I didn't have to think twice. Started using (SW) a week ago. I cannot express how much I have fallen in love with this product. Might be a bit complex in the first couple of days, but then there it goes - boom. What an amazing product, a definite game-changer in the sourcing/recruitment function. The attention to detail the SW team has given to this product is just out of the world, the engineering team has done a fantabulous job. That's how butter smooth this thing is.SW has covered all the aspects of sourcing automation absolutely brilliantly. The customization options available are magnificent. Long may it continue! **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** We tend to look at these products with quite a critical eye given we have quite specific needs in the niche industry we operate in, so we're genuinely surprised to find that we find it hard to dislike anything about Sourcewhale. The only thing we can flag is that building large campaigns with more than one 'manual' step can end up creating a growing number of items in your to-do list, which can slow us down from time to time, but that depends on how you build your campaigns and how organised you tend to be. There are always immovable hurdles such as this, so it's a minor observation, to be honest. Otherwise, it's a fantastic product and we're extremely happy with the investment. All we would love to see at some point is this product being built out into a fully customisable CRM on top of the outreach functionality. A system this good at something so many people regularly do a poor job with, tells me that a full-service product you don't need to integrate elsewhere to manage the data would be a logical and potentially huge pull for many companies that find value in it now. The data enrichment capabilities between this tool as it is, feeding back into a CRM that your business operates on for everything else, could be invaluable. ;) **Recommendations to others considering SourceWhale:** If you want to remove the heavy-lifting when it comes to automating outreach, being creative with messaging and campaigns, whilst also receiving good and useful data from it, then Soucewhale is highly recommended. **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems we're solving and benefits we're realizing; - Customised outreach is now automated, vs a clunky, slow and manual process we had previously. - Oversight and visibility of the team campaigns is clear and transparent, including message responses, feedback and quality. - Our response rate has gone from ~25% on Linkedin inMails, to 40% on Sourcewhale, which is also double the average response rate on Sourcewhale itself. - Our candidates love the content and messaging we create with it. We now get weekly replies to compliment us on the GIFs, memes, videos or images we import into our campaigns, celebrating how much more entertaining they are than 95% of other messages they receive.
