The automated, multiplatform outreach allows me to write an email once and send it to hundreds of candidates with the click of a button. I rest assured that each candidate will receive 3 followups within timeframes of my choosing, also at the click of a button. This has changed my job from being buried in followups to massively increased return on investment - I'm now struggling to keep up with interested candidates! The reporting features on outreach campaigns are amazing, providing relevant, in-depth data (e.g. response rates, open rates, diversity stats) in a clear manner, so that I know at a glance which campaigns need more work and what aspects of my campaign I need to problem solve (high open + ow reply rates - I need more engaging content, low open rate - I need to tailor reachout times / subject lines etc.). This allows me to share detailed campaign metrics with my clients - I know exactly how many people have been reached out to, and can share detailed demographic information with them. That's the macro review - the product works, and after a few weeks of using it, I can't imagine doing my job without it. On the specifics, our account manager Issy has been a dream to deal with - she is always helpful and happy to utilise her in-depth product knowledge to answer any questions I send her way. The onboarding process was the fastest I've ever experienced for a new system of this magnitude. The software makes so much sense that minimal training is needed, and the online training videos share an overview that will give you the confidence you need to use the software effectively with less than one hour of training time investment. The design and UX teams have done amazing work in making the platform easy to use, and the integrations with Linkedin, JobAdder (and other ATS/CRMs) and other platforms are seamless. There is absolutely no superfluous information cluttering up the interfaces (website + plugin) - just the icons you need to complete your tasks with ease. I've rarely used software that is both hyper-customisable and completely clutter free - this is a rare and brilliant combination. A big thanks to all at Sourcewhale for doubling my job satisfaction overnight! **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** Nothing - I wouldn't change a thing about Sourcewhale. **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sourcewhale has increased my outreach capacity by approx. 400%, if not more. The intercom support function works really well despite the time zone difference to Australia, most queries resolved in <24 hours. The email deliverability is better than the platform I used before, less bounces ie emails are accurate and the platform reputation is good. It's been a real help as a solo operator in maintaining a good workflow to manage multiple outreach steps across sourcing and BD. Easier than just email or Linkedin messaging or other channels without any integration. The sidebar integration with Jobadder works much better than other Chrome extensions for adding contacts back into the CRM. **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** Not too much really, an SMS function would be great as some personal email accounts just don't get monitored and SMS gets an immediate response. There are some SMS providers integrated with Jobadder ( my ATS ) that are North America only at this stage. So perhaps this will come. Navigating the campaigns does reset back to standard after you have filtered candidate or BD vs a Saved View. One other small is managing custom templates inside the email editor is a bit clunky the way the cursor navigates the saved templates. Both of these are small niggles and the benefits of SW outweigh some small elements of the user experience. **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Was using a semi-automated process across platforms and Sourcewhale means I can have a single source for outreach, nurture and follow up campaigns. Also they provide best practice, dedicated to recruiters and stats to measure against to maintain quality and as a guide to how it is working. ### 11. It's like a +1 to all of your sourcing efforts by sending automated personal email campaigns in addition to your LinkedIn efforts. There are many upsides to SourceWhale - on the technical side, this included a streamlined UI, high-level email data accuracy, versatile messaging options (email, text, LinkedIn, etc.), multi-tool integrations, and large capacity bulk candidate uploads. On the customer service side, I had a great experience with my Rep (Jimmy) and continue to partner with my CSM (Gloria Kevliciute). Gloria has gone above and beyond from Day One in helping me adjust to getting the most out of SW and supporting the specific needs of my consulting firm. From a cost-savings perspective, SourceWhale is hands down the best piece of affordable HR Tech on the market with the most feature offerings. **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** No major significant downsides to report as of yet. I was a long time GEM user from my previous company, and had heard about SW at the end of 2021. GEM was surely next level when going from using no tools at all. SW is better then GEM in every single way. The reporting is fire. Their email look up feature and database is 5X more accurate and yields far more results. And it keeps getting better! The automation and all features built in are amazing, yet also very user friendly and have a great UX + UI. The amount of precision one can adapt to their outreach driven by data is also top notch. It takes about half the time to drop a linkedin profile in your SW database, and automatically schedule outreach upon this action. GEM is clunky and requires multiple steps to achieve the same action + result. Every single rep I have met from SW as well has been awesome. It can be rare to have this experience with any SaaS provider, and the SW team is top notch. They are also very willing to accept and implement feedback on the tool when possible - which is incredible. **What do you dislike about SourceWhale?** There are just a few areas that could be improved to really bring the tool to new heights: - The extension has had some loading issues when moving through lists of candidates, so I think this area of the extension could be improved. Sometimes team members have to exit and reload the tool each time they move to a new candidate, which can be cumbersome. - I'd also love to see more improvement on the search tool connected to our ATS to help us make better use of our existing candidate base - More granularity in reporting on response rates from each individual outreach source (email vs. LinkedIn) so you can really see what outlets are yielding the best results for each campaign and double down with what works. **What problems is SourceWhale solving and how is that benefiting you?** SourceWhale's customizations, automations, and candidate search tools have helped us to personalize our connections to candidates, better pinpoint our outreach, and improve our response rates - helping to bring more qualified candidates to the table quickly. ### 22.
