What do you dislike about SourceWhale? When I have many campaigns running simultaneously, the platform can sometimes slow down a bit. SourceWhale solves time-consuming manual BD outreach in recruitment by automating repetitive tasks like sending MPCs, logging activities, and creating follow-up reminders. Instead of hours on individual emails or manual CRM updates, it handles personalized sequences and auto-syncs everything. This frees me up to focus on client conversations and relationship building, not admin. Follow-ups via calls, emails or LinkedIn never slip through, keeping my pipeline organized effortlessly. We originally used it for BDR and found it to be challenging given the unique nature of our customers and candidates. However, from an ATS and Candidate Relationship Management system, the platform actually does a pretty good job. Particularly if many of your candidates are on Linkedin already.
