**What do you like best about SourceRFX?**

As a small engineering project services company we need to deal with multiple suppliers, quotations based on unique project requirements. We're previously handling this process totally manually through emails which used to be tedious and inefficient with limited staff. We're looking for software to help automate the process and came across SourceRFX. We started piloting SourceRFX platform and services for one of our project. It has been over two months now and have already been seeing the value we are getting in two folds - streamlining by reducing manual effort and procurement savings. Right from supplier onboarding the entire RFQ process is now streamlined the whole process.

**What do you dislike about SourceRFX?**

It doesn't integrate with the ERP software that we already use, which makes some data transfer between the systems only through export/import of data using their Excel spreadsheets. Also, the software is cloud based like most cloud offerings these days, however, the senior management would prefer a solution hosted on their own servers

**What problems is SourceRFX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an EPC/Infrastructure service provider, our company deals with the procurement for multiple projects in parallel. Getting quotations from multiple suppliers in a timely and consistent manner used to be a big challenge. Inviting and following up with each supplier to make them submit quotations on time with SourceRFX through their email templates and messaging capability. With quotations coming directly in email, creating comparative statements for the technical parameters and line item wise price quotes used to be nightmare. Because, the quotations from suppliers used to come in different format (pdf, doc, xl etc) with each supplier quoting in their own template. It used to be a manual task to open each and compile data into our ERP by retyping. All this now automated with SourceRFX
