**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Lack of Wizard to take you through the process but this is mitigated by the responsiveness and helpfulness of support.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CMP for our websites and support with maintaining compliance for our CMP.

Sourcepoint Dialogue is effective for managing privacy and consent, though the initial setup can be a bit challenging.
The team supports us very well, especially during times of regulatory change.
We utilise the tool frequently, for a number of important products and services.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Platform requires a steep learning curve to fully use it. Particularly for beginners.
Integration can be challenging, but is made manageable by their supportive team

Consent management for our users and ad partners. 
Distributes consent signals to the right partners and services.

1) Native solution for PUR model.
2) Flexible code we can optimize in a better and easier way: decrease in latency.
3) US legal expertise and great solution.
4) Really good and accesible customer support: fast and efficient.
5) Plenty of scenario settings to customize multiple campaigns.
6) Being able to combine the data with Sourcepoint Diagnose to optimize connections.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

1) Weakness in supporting AMP and lack of interest in develping solutions related to this kind of inventory.

Being up to date with any worlwide legal requirement.

**What do you like best about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

The support team and the general product/client service team within Sourcepoint is very strong. The product iself is scalable and flexible within the limits imposed by the TCF2 standard and GDPR.

**What do you dislike about Sourcepoint Dialogue?**

Some of our engineers have queried the quality of iOS SDK architecture. Finally, the analytics within the platform can be somewhat confusing for non-expert users.

**What problems is Sourcepoint Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximising the compliant collection of consent (and non-consent!) from users for GDPR and ePrivacy purposes within the EU/EEA context across web, iOS and Android app contexts for millions of users.
