SourceForge has been bringing innovative results in the selection of new job software. I liked how detailed the reviews are within SourceForge; I used this service mainly to read explicit opinions that influenced the decision-making when implementing new software for my company; these opinions were essential when choosing some software; I loved being able to read opinions with positive and negative characteristics about each software.

That helped me understand which software was more favorable for me. I also liked the comparison system that SourceForge offered me, this system allows me to compare two software or buy a group a group of software from the same area, for example, I was able to compare marketing software as well as some finance software, this platform offered me advanced details on each comparison, automatically compares the prices of each software, and also compares the most relevant reviews of each software or the overall score of each program. The most significant negative point of SourceForge is the general design of this platform. It is a handy platform to find some software reviews or purchase new software in a few steps. However, the interface is quite old, and this causes some users to find it difficult to adapt to the public interface of SourceForge. Currently, I consider the interface used in this platform to be quite primary. However, this is not to say that it is not a very beneficial platform for obtaining new software, this platform is key to choosing new software for any company, but is quite necessary that SourceForge change its colors and renew the general design of the platform to favor the comfort of users. It has been the ideal path to achieve the solutions we need; for our company, it is essential to create a work environment with 100% activity and to be able to find alternatives to establish a productive and efficient system thanks to Sourceforge, without a doubt it has been one of the best decisions. Sourceforge has fulfilled what it offers to the letter; it is a transparent platform with millions of benefits beyond providing software reviews; it is also an ideal platform for many companies to achieve a fluid and efficient work system, really aspects negatives I don't find many, the only thing I've run into is the anti-spam filter when I'm writing a review, I don't understand why it happens, it can become uncomfortable when I try to send a check, I wish it would stop happening so often. SourceForge has provided a complete and attractive interface when entering the platform; all the sections are very well organized, allowing you to correctly review the various areas of the software to search for the appropriate software for you and your company. The main thing I like about SourceForge is the detailed reviews you find on the different software areas.

I have accessed approximately ten different software sections, and I have found very detailed reviews on several software; in addition, each review has details of the person who wrote it, so you can know how the experience was using that software in that area of work.

The only negative thing I noticed about SourceForge is that it currently doesn't have any filters to help you search for reviews, much more precisely. For example, it would be great to filter reviews by business sector, company size, type of users, and many more filters to help you find a review that suits your needs. - I love that this platform has such valid and detailed opinions. I have noticed how this platform provides very valuable opinions, with detailed information about things that each user who has used a specific platform has liked. - Another thing I love about this platform is that it has a fairly complete forum where you can find precise information about any error or doubt regarding some software. This forum has many posts that will help you solve any doubt. Additionally, if you have a specific question, you can create a post and a trained person will respond to your request in a couple of minutes. This forum is quite complete and effective when it comes to resolving doubts about any software.

I have never really found any fault with SourceForge; this platform has always met my needs and provided me with precise information to update our company's software list and compare various software. In our company, SourceForge has been a site where we have been able to find quality information to improve our decision making when we are going to implement new software or to be able to leave different opinions so that software improves its functions. We have very little time using SourceForge but the results we have obtained lately has been favorable, one of the things that I have liked the most about SourceForge are:

1. It is a website where you can find very good quality opinions, where a large number of opinions are complete and detailed about the various positive or negative characteristics of software, this has helped us to implement 2 new software in our company, read Accurate feedback has helped us generate new usage programs for us.

2. SourceForge has excellent review management and moderation. On several occasions, I have written a couple of reviews that we use in our company and the moderation time has been quite short, and even on weekends, my reviews have been approved. On some occasions, I have written some reviews on Weekends, and the same day they have been moderated, the moderation is quite fast and they do not take more than 24 hours to moderate the reviews.

3. Completing a review is a fairly easy process on SourceForge, just fill in the likes, disliked and benefits fields. The other questions are simple selection questions and take only a few seconds to complete, they are not long or cumbersome reviews to complete.

4. I love the way support handles their users, only once have I had to contact support and my support ticket has been answered in just 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had a fairly good experience in SourceForge and this has helped me to be able to select some quality solutions both for my work sector and for other sectors of our company, however, in my good experience there have also been some negative points that need to be highlighted, these negative points that I have noticed are:

1. On some occasions, when I finished writing a review and proceeded to submit it, the anti-spam filter reacted for no reason and my review was completely lost. The anti-spam filter does not work correctly, since sometimes I have finished writing a review, and when I hit the "send" button, an anti-spam block appears when I have not done any type of Spam. This system should be fixed to prevent more users like me from losing the review they have written, since when this banner pops up, what you have written is not saved.

2. The design is something that can be improved considerably, from my point of view I consider that SourceForge has a slightly old design, it would be excellent if they gave it a design with a more formal touch, a much more professional design that would help the user to feel comfortable on the web.
